Dennis Brown has extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as Program Manager for Seminole County Government since June 2006 and previously as Program Manager in the Facilities Division since November 2002. Responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and repair of all county buildings and managing a team of 26 field technicians and 5 subordinate supervisors. Prior to this, Dennis worked as a General Contractor at Windsor Homes from February 1999 to October 2002, specializing in high-end home construction in the Virginia Beach area. Dennis also served as a Combat Engineer in the US Navy from December 1970 to August 1996 before retirement. Education includes training in Construction Trades at NSC Port Hueneme from 1972 to 1973.
