Kelly Welch

Kelly Welch is an experienced professional in community health and program administration, currently serving as the Community Health Division Manager for Seminole County Government since March 2022. In this role, Kelly is responsible for developing policies, protocols, and partnerships to ensure immediate access to essential medical and mental health services for the community. Previously, Kelly worked as a Program Administrator at the State of Florida Department of Health and as an Operations Review Specialist for the Florida Department of Children and Families. Kelly also held the position of Vice President of Quality Management at IMPOWERFL, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic objectives, quality assurance, and community partnerships. Kelly holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
