Meloney Koontz

Meloney Koontz has extensive experience in government administration, currently serving as Assistant County Manager for Seminole County Government since April 1998. Previous roles at the same organization include Insurance, Benefits and Training Manager, Central Services Director, and Support Services Manager. Prior to this, Meloney served as Payroll Systems Coordinator for the Orange County Comptroller from September 1995 to April 1998. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida (2007-2009) and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Florida Institute of Technology (1979-1984).
