Matthew daCosta, CPP, has extensive experience in payroll and financial management, currently serving as Payroll Benefits Administrator and Sr Financial Analyst at Seminole County Sheriff's Office since August 2017, where responsibilities include processing biweekly payroll for approximately 1,400 employees and ensuring report accuracy.
