Matthew Conlon

Matthew Conlon serves as a Senior GIS Specialist at mcfa since October 2022 and has also been a Paralegal at Semmes, Bowen & Semmes since November 2018. Matthew previously worked as a Technical Facility Manager at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, overseeing the inventory cycle of over 14,000 items and ensuring a high accountability rate. Earlier roles include Senior Project Coordinator and Supervisor at The John Hall Law Group, where Matthew focused on procedural compliance and communication with management, as well as a GIS Intern at Baltimore County and Prince George's County, contributing to mapping services. Matthew's experience includes positions as a Paralegal and Case Manager, managing claims and procedural training. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Geographic Information Systems from Elmhurst University and a Bachelor of Science in History and Government from Bowie State University.
