Stacy Durbin has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Stacy started their career at Semonin Realtors in 2004 as a Realtor/Broker and worked there until 2009. During this time, they gained valuable experience in sales and brokerage. In 2009, they joined Semonin Relocation as the Corporate Business Development/Rental Manager and held this role until 2012. Here, they focused on developing and managing the company's rental business. Stacy then returned to Semonin Realtors in 2012, where they held various roles including Director of Relocation, Sales Manager/Broker, General Manager, and currently serves as the SVP & General Sales Manager. In addition to their real estate experience, Stacy briefly served as the Director of Recruitment at YPAL, where they developed and managed a committee and planned various events to attract and retain members. Overall, Stacy Durbin has a strong background in real estate, with a focus on sales, brokerage, relocation, and business development.

Stacy Durbin obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing/Sales from the University of Kentucky, where they attended from 1998 to 2002.
