Courtney Eaton Turner has a diverse work experience. Courtney started their career as a legal assistant at Covington & Burling from 1996 to 1998. Then, they worked as an attorney at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart from 2000 to 2005. Courtney also served as a law clerk for The Honorable Barry Ted Moskowitz from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, they became the Director of Business Development at Special Counsel for a year. Later, they joined Semper Fi & America's Fund in 2014, where they currently hold the position of Chief of Donor Relations and Philanthropy. In 2018, they joined the International Parking and Mobility Institute (IPMI) as the Membership Engagement & Special Projects Manager, holding the position until December 2019.

Courtney Eaton Turner attended Santa Catalina from 1988 to 1992. Courtney then pursued their undergraduate education at Georgetown University from 1992 to 1996. Later, they attended the University of Virginia School of Law from 1998 to 2001.
