Jeff Plummer

Jeff Plummer, LFACHE has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Jeff started their career at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, where they served as the Director of Managed Care and Vice President of Clinical Support. Jeff later joined the Office of the Secretary of the Navy as the Vice President for Government Relations. Jeff then took on roles at the US Navy, including Chief Operating Officer of a community hospital and ambulatory clinics in Europe, and Associate Director for the Surgeon General. Jeff also served as Deputy Director of Health Affairs at the United States Central Command, where they led a team of healthcare providers and professionals in supporting the Iraqi military medical directorate. In subsequent roles, they served as the Senior Vice President for Ambulatory Care at Naval Branch Health Clinic, Whiting Field, the Chief Operating Officer of Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, and the Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Naval Hospital Guam. Jeff later joined the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, where they served as the Executive Vice President of MHS Governance and the Senior Policy Advisor to the Surgeon General. Most recently, they worked at Accenture Federal Services as the Director of Military Health and as the Chief of Medical Business Systems. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Business Operations at Semper Fi & America's Fund. Throughout their career, Plummer has demonstrated their expertise and leadership in healthcare management.

Jeff Plummer, LFACHE, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Later, in 1994 to 1995, they pursued a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration at Baylor University.
