Steve Wasser

Steve Wasser serves as the Director of Regional Leadership Giving at Washington and Lee University since January 2017, leading a team of five major gift officers focused on enhancing donor relationships. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Senior Director of Development at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Health Foundation, overseeing development for multiple hospitals and a nursing college. Previous experience includes significant contributions as a Major Gifts Officer at Augustana College, where Steve played a key role in a successful comprehensive campaign, and earlier positions in annual giving and case management within the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington and Lee University, awarded in 1994.
