Denis Blackburn

Denis Blackburn, MSOL, currently serves as the Quality Assurance/Configuration Management/Training Team Lead at Semper Valens Solutions since June 2019, focusing on task analysis and the review of technical manuals for accuracy. Previously, Denis held multiple managerial roles at CACI International Inc, including Training Development Section Manager, where the development and quality assurance of training products were paramount, and earlier, as JADOCS Group Leader overseeing training development teams. Denis's experience also includes significant roles at CGI as JADOCS and Multimedia Group Leader, where training product analysis and multimedia training development were key responsibilities. Denis's military background includes serving as Chief Warrant Officer in the United States Army, specializing in training aids and simulations. Academically, Denis holds several degrees in Organizational Leadership and Interdisciplinary Studies from Cameron University and an Ed.S. in Organizational Leadership from the American College of Education.
