Roger Jenkins

Roger Jenkins is currently the Senior Vice President and Division Manager at Semper Valens Solutions. Roger established a new Division at the company focused on military health, veterans, and civil concerns. Roger also leads the Innovative Solutions Division, managing over 15 programs supporting the Army, Air Force, and Veterans Administration.
