Aviv Kotek

Aviv Kotek is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as Engineering Team Lead at Semperis since April 2024, Aviv is instrumental in creating a new cloud offering. Prior to this role, Aviv was the Director of Engineering at Sproutt Insurance from December 2019 to April 2024, where leadership facilitated the development of an innovative Insurtech platform and the company’s successful fundraising of $38 million. Aviv's earlier career includes positions at Amdocs as a Software Engineer, focusing on IoT back-office solutions, and a Team Lead role in the IDF. Aviv holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
