Gustavo Baril

Gustavo Baril is an experienced professional with a robust background in program and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Program Management at Semperis since August 2021, Gustavo previously operated Gustavo Design, a studio specializing in business architecture and interior design, from December 2012 to October 2021. Between roles at Merlinx, including Senior Project Manager and temporary VP of Projects Delivery, Gustavo honed skills in project scope definition, planning, and R&D processes. At Verint, from July 1998 to 2012, Gustavo managed multimillion-dollar programs and led the PMO group, focusing on project management methodologies and resource allocation. Gustavo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ruppin Academic Center and has completed additional training in Architecture and Interior Design.
