Or Giladi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources operations across various companies. As the Senior Director of People and Culture at Semperis since 2020, Or has significantly contributed to the growth of the organization from a local to a global scale, overseeing HRBP matters while managing Israel's HR activities. Prior to this, Or served as Head of Human Resources at Agritask, providing strategic HR guidance and implementing policies to support business growth. Or's career also includes positions at Lime Digital Israel, G-STAT, and Teva Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities ranged from talent acquisition to HR management.
