Group Head Of Operational Excellence at Semperit

Raphael Farfeleder's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Raphael started their career at Bosch as a Production Planning employee in February 2011, and then moved on to work at Swarovski as a Project Manager from October 2011 to September 2013. In November 2013, they joined Semperit AG as an Operational Excellence Expert in China, and later worked as a Project Coordinator, Senior Project Manager, and Head of Production in different departments. In November 2019, they became the Group Head of Focused Improvement, and in January 2021, they took on the role of Group Head of Operational Excellence at Semperit AG.

Raphael Farfeleder completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSc) in Production and Management from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria in the years 2008 to 2011. Raphael then pursued a Master of Science in Engineering (MSc) in Industrial Engineering and Management from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® from 2011 to 2013.

In 2010, Raphael Farfeleder attended The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology for a short-term program in Industrial Engineering and Logistics Management, Business. In 2020, they participated in a course on Operations Management: Digital Strategy at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
