Sempervirens Fund
Michael Kawalek, CFRE has held various leadership positions in development, finance, and administration at organizations such as Sempervirens Fund, Bay Area Wilderness Training, and Hemophilia Foundation of Northern California. Prior to that, Michael served as the Director of Membership and Ticketing at the Oakland Museum of California and as the Membership Director at the San Francisco Zoo. With a background in volunteer services and campaign management, Michael also worked as the Director of Volunteer Services / Campaign Manager at KQED.
Sempervirens Fund
Sempervirens Fund works to protect and permanently preserve redwood (Sequoia sempervirens) forests, wildlife habitat, watersheds, and other important natural and scenic features of California’s Santa Cruz mountains, and to encourage public appreciation and enjoyment of this environment.
