Nellie Peshkov

Nellie Peshkov is the Chief People and Culture Officer at Reddit, Inc. since February 2020 and serves as an HR Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital, also starting in November 2022. With a robust background in talent acquisition and human resources, Nellie has held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Talent at Netflix from August 2014 to October 2019, and Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnership at Electronic Arts from March 2011 to August 2014. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Symantec Corporation and as an Advisor at R-Squared AI. Nellie holds a BS in Psychology, having studied at Santa Clara University and San Jose State University.
