Shuchi Batra

Shuchi Batra is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and workforce analytics. Currently serving as HR Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital since May 2023, Batra advises a portfolio of over 50 technology companies in healthcare, work, and financial wellness. Prior to this role, Batra held the position of VP Total Rewards and Workforce Analytics at Box from December 2019 and spent over five years at Visa progressing through various leadership roles in compensation. Earlier career experiences include significant roles at HP, Hewlett Packard Company, Oracle USA, and eFunds International, as well as foundational compensation experience at CSC and Hewitt Associates. Batra holds an LLB in Corporate Law from Law College, Delhi University, and a B.Com (H) from SGGSCC, Delhi University.
