Albert Gonzalez is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security operations, design, and implementation of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) infrastructures. Serving as Principal Consultant at SEMplicity, Inc. since September 2012, Albert manages internal projects and develops best practices for SIEM implementations. As the Founder and Director of the Distributed Honeynet Project, Albert leads project direction and architectural design. Previous roles include Senior Security Operations Engineer at LiveOps, Senior Consultant at Mandiant, and various security positions at Decurity, Dillards Store Services, Acxiom, HP Enterprise Services, and NetSec.
