Becca Knoche

Becca Knoche has a diverse work experience in environmental compliance and management. Becca began their career as a Lab Chemist at General Environmental Management in 2006, where they supervised the consolidation department. Becca then joined Sacramento County EMD in 2007 as an Environmental Specialist, leading inspections and conducting workshops for the regulated community.

In 2013, Becca joined AT&T and held various roles. Firstly, they worked as an Environmental Site Manager, performing environmental assessments and implementing sustainability strategies. Later, they became the Tank Program Manager, overseeing compliance for underground and above-ground storage tanks in multiple states. In their most recent role at AT&T, Becca served as a Sr. Manager in EH&S Technical Support, coaching and mentoring internal partners on EH&S processes, leading strategic communication meetings, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Becca's current position is with Sempra, where they are employed as a Principal Auditor starting in 2024.

Becca Knoche completed their BA in Chemistry at Sonoma State University from 2003 to 2005. Becca later pursued a Masters of Science in Occupational Safety Management with a focus on Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2014 to 2015.
