Jason Egan

Jason Egan has extensive experience in corporate governance, safety strategy, and regulatory affairs, holding various leadership positions at Sempra from March 2017 to April 2025. As Director of Corporate Governance and Managing Attorney, Egan oversaw critical legal matters and compliance. In the role of Director of Safety Strategy and Culture, Egan established a department dedicated to improving safety culture over multiple years. Additionally, as Director of Special Projects in Regulatory Affairs, Egan led significant initiatives in response to agency proceedings affecting SoCalGas. Previously, Egan served as Senior Counsel, representing clients before numerous regulatory bodies. Egan's early career includes roles at SoCalGas and Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
