Leslie French

Leslie French is a Senior Corporate Paralegal with extensive experience in providing legal support for corporate counsel, executives, and external legal teams. At Sempra since September 2012, Leslie has focused on transactional, governance, and regulatory matters involving Sempra Energy and its affiliates, including experience with public and private securities offerings and international transactions. Previously, at SAIC from July 1987 to September 2012, Leslie played a crucial role in closing over 150 M&A transactions and managed a variety of corporate practice areas, including negotiation, due diligence, and compliance. Leslie holds a Paralegal Certificate from UC San Diego and graduated from Churchill High School.
