Michael Griffin has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Michael started their career at CSC in 1996 as a Sr. Systems Analyst, where they provided IT support for the Sempra Energy Law Department. In this role, they handled software installations and configuration, problem resolution, and application administration. Michael also served as the client services governance lead, aligning IT and business strategy, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Michael was also involved in technology special projects. In 2008, Michael joined Sempra as a Principal Business Systems Analyst, where they continue to work.
Michael Griffin obtained a Certificate in Database Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2015-2016. Michael also earned a Certificate in Contract Management from San Diego State University in 2004-2005. In addition, Michael has obtained several certifications, including Learning Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, Microsoft Power Apps Essential Training, Microsoft PowerApps Essential Training: Beyond the Basics, Power BI Data Modeling with DAX, SQL Server Integration Services, and SQL Server: Triggers Stored Procedures and Functions.
