Toby Jack

Toby Jack currently serves as Vice President and Chief Tax Counsel at Sempra, a role held since June 2014, where Toby leads tax strategies for the company's mission to develop North America's premier energy infrastructure. Prior to Sempra, Toby was with CareFusion as Director of Corporate Tax and Senior Tax Counsel from May 2013 to June 2014, and held the position of Tax Manager at Deloitte between June 2007 and April 2013. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. in Tax Law from the University of Washington School of Law, a J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law, a B.A. in Philosophy and Business from Brigham Young University, and a recent Certificate in Leadership for Senior Executives from Harvard Business School.
