Amy Verbunker

Amy VerBunker is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in supporting various business units within Sempra Infrastructure and Sempra Energy. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Sempra Infrastructure since January 2019, Amy has expertise in staffing, employee relations, and compensation analysis, among other HR functions related to the liquefied natural gas sector. Notably, Amy played a pivotal role in the implementation of a new HRIS as the Sr. Client Services Manager for Sempra Energy from July 2017 to December 2018. Prior experience includes supporting the renewables business and corporate HR functions, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR practices. Amy holds an HR Certificate from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
