Cindy Molina has over 30 years of work experience in various roles focusing on organizational development, talent management, learning and development, and human resources. Cindy is currently the Director of Organizational Development & Inclusion at Sempra Infrastructure, where they manage strategic initiatives and develops clean power solutions.
