David Sutherland

David Sutherland, MCIPS, currently serves as the Supply Chain Contracts & Risk Program Manager at Sempra Infrastructure, leading initiatives in market intelligence, risk management, and program management. With extensive experience in contract and procurement management, David previously held roles as Project Director and Associate Director at Turner & Townsend, where notable projects included the Panasonic Project Kansas (EV Battery Facility) and several Natural Resources clients. Early career positions include Contracts Advisor for the BP Galeota Expansion Project and roles within CNOOC International and multiple contracts advisory positions at Rider Hunt International, contributing to significant oil and gas projects. David holds a BA (Hons) in Law from Abertay University and is a current Chartered Member of CIPS.
