Leslie Taylor is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Business Services at Sempra Infrastructure since October 2020, Leslie has previously held positions such as Director of Human Resources at Rosehill Operating Company LLC and Cactus Wellhead, as well as Vice President of Human Resources at both SNC-Lavalin and FlexSteel Pipeline Technologies, Inc. With a strong background in HR consulting and strategic management, Leslie has successfully integrated HR functions, developed compensation programs, and supported organizational change initiatives throughout the career, beginning with a foundational education in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Oklahoma.
