Kai-Uwe Demasius

Kai-Uwe Demasius is currently the CTO at SEMRON GmbH, having previously worked as a Doktorand at the Max Planck Institute of Microstructure Physics. Kai-Uwe has also done a research internship at IBM Research Almaden. Kai-Uwe studied at The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, earning a Dr.-Ing. in Technische Physik/Angewandte Physik, and at Technische Universität Dresden, obtaining a Diplom-Ingenieur in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik. Kai-Uwe's research activities focus on neuromorphic/memory devices and systems, magnetic memories, and spin hall effect.
