Guillermo López Areal

Guillermo López Areal has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and marketing. Guillermo started their career as an Investigador cualitativo at Psyma Ibérica in February 2017. Later, they joined Deloitte España as a Marketing y Relaciones Institucionales in September 2018 and worked until November 2019. Guillermo also worked as a Marketing Intelligence at Deloitte España from October 2019 to November 2019. In 2020, Guillermo worked as a Consultor en recursos humanos at Jose Segundo Abogados & Consultores from February to May. In 2021, they joined Spin as an HR Generalist from May 2021 to April 2022. Currently, they are working at Semrush, starting in May 2022 as an HR Operations & Mobility Specialist, and then transitioning to the role of HR Operations Manager in August 2022.

Guillermo obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, with a focus on Human Resources Direction, from the EAE Business School. This degree was completed between 2020 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Advertising Communication at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2017 to 2018.

Before pursuing their Master's degrees, Guillermo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Guillermo completed their undergraduate studies from 2013 to 2017.
