Kos Breton is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategies and business systems optimization across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of GTM Tech at Semrush since June 2025, Kos previously held leadership roles at OutSystems, Convera, Coinbase, and Allegis Group, where responsibilities included guiding AI-driven sales automation, managing global enterprise applications, and leading engineering teams. With a strong background in Salesforce and other advanced technologies, Kos has successfully spearheaded major transformations and integrations to enhance operational efficiency, revenue operations, and customer experience. Kos holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Penn State University.
