Natalia Dmitrieva

Natalia Dmitrieva has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Natalia is currently working at Semrush as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Wrike as a Senior Recruiter from March 2018 to July 2021. Before joining Wrike, they were employed at Lamoda Group as a Senior Recruiter from November 2016 to January 2018. Natalia began their career at Kelly Services, where they worked as a Recruiter from August 2012 to September 2016.

Natalia Dmitrieva holds a Master's degree in Sociology of communication from Saint Petersburg State University, which they obtained between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Sociology at Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia from 2006 to 2010.
