Shawna Edwards

Shawna Edwards has been working in the insurance industry since 2011, when they began as a Commercial Account Manager at Tompkins Insurance. In 2008, they started as a Customer Service Representative at Paychex. In 2016, they became the Owner of Barre Deli. In 2018, they were a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Spencerport Insurance Agency. In 2021, they became a Team Lead/Insurance Industry Expert/CSR at Semsee, and currently holds the position of Technical Support Desk Manager at the same company.

Shawna Edwards received their Bachelor's degree in Shawna'story from SUNY Brockport in 2008. In December 2020, they obtained a Technical Support Fundamentals certification from Coursera. Shawna is also in the process of obtaining an ACSR certification from The Institutes.
