Andrius Ojeras

Andrius Ojeras has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Andrius started their career in 2004 as the Business Development Director at The Penki Kontinentai Group, where they were responsible for developing and leading large sales opportunities within the retail banking industry. During their time there, they also maintained contacts with customer organizations, communicated with manufacturers, and proactively sought new business opportunities.

In 2011, Andrius joined Samsung Electronics Baltics as a Senior Key Account Manager. In this role, they established and maintained relationships with distributors and retailers, achieved sales targets, and optimized available resources to expand the IT business.

In 2014, Andrius co-founded SEMSEYE, a company that provides in-store IoT-based footfall analytics to retailers and other establishments. This involved developing a platform and sensors to measure and improve in-store performance using real-time footfall information.

Andrius then joined Oracle in 2017 and held various roles. Andrius started as a Senior Sales Executive and Oracle for Startups Ambassador, where they focused on developing the Oracle business, uncovering new opportunities, and managing sales in the assigned territory. Andrius also represented Oracle's value and benefits for startups through the Oracle for Startups program.

Currently, Andrius is the Regional Team Manager for Baltics, Hungary, CIS-CA countries at Oracle Cloud. In this role, they lead a team of professionals and supports clients in digital transformation projects, driving innovation and preparing businesses for new challenges in the cloud industry.

Andrius Ojeras has a diverse education history. In 2019, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management, where they focused on Digital Business Strategy. The following year, in 2018, they completed a program in Board member education at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance, specializing in Corporate governance.

Prior to these specific courses, Andrius Ojeras had pursued an MBA from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, however, the exact start and end years are not provided.

Furthermore, they also obtained a certification in 2020 as an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2020 Certified Associate from Oracle.
