Brian G. Quinn

Brian G. Quinn has extensive work experience in quality and customer experience management. Brian G. is currently the Vice President of Global Quality & Customer Experience at Semtech, where they joined as part of the Sierra Wireless acquisition in January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, Global Quality, leading a global organization responsible for end-to-end quality for the wireless system products group.

Before joining Semtech, Brian worked at Seagate Technology for a significant period. Brian G. served as the Senior Engineering Director, Global Supplier Quality & Reliability, responsible for managing the quality of externally procured materials for storage devices. During their tenure, they implemented a digitized business process that improved detection in the supply chain and met aggressive cost targets.

Brian also held the position of Engineering Director for Supplier Quality & Reliability during an expat assignment in China. Brian G. successfully turned around the quality and reliability of Enterprise products through the implementation of new processes and design changes. Furthermore, Brian worked as a Principal Engineer in Supplier Quality, overseeing the qualification and volume ramp of new motors for the mobile market.

Prior to their time at Seagate, Brian worked at Panasonic as a Process Development Engineer, specializing in precision component development for consumer electronics.
