Elizabeth Crider, Ph.D., currently serves as Senior Manager of Talent Development at Semtech since November 2022. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held various positions at DTE Energy from September 2016 to November 2022, including Nuclear Organizational Development Expert and Senior Organizational Development Consultant. Elizabeth's experience also includes serving as Leader of Talent & Organization Development at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing from January 2014 to September 2016 and as Organizational Development Associate at Advocate Health Care from January 2013 to January 2014. Elizabeth holds a PhD and an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University, as well as a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Michigan.
