Jonathan Turner

Jonathan Turner has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources and Talent Management. Jonathan is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources & Talent Development at Semtech since 2022. Prior to that, they held positions such as Senior Director of Talent Management at Snap One and Honeywell, Vice President of Talent at Syniverse, and Vice President of Human Resources at Vallen Distribution, Inc. Throughout their career, they have also worked at B/E Aerospace, USAA, Dell, and CUNA Mutual Group, holding leadership positions and focusing on talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

Jonathan Turner has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in the same field at Old Dominion University, from 1995 to 1997. Jonathan also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Trinity University, which they earned from 1992 to 1995.
