Tania Rashidi currently serves as the Head of Business Development & Corporate Affairs at Sena Letrik, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Tania was employed as a Senior Specialist in Culture and Talent Mobility at Axiata from March 2023 to December 2024 and as the Head of Talent Management and Head of Talent Acquisition and Young Talents at UMW from February 2020 to March 2023. Tania's career also includes roles at Korn Ferry as an Associate and Research Associate between May 2017 and October 2019, and at Bank Negara Malaysia where responsibilities included overseeing regulatory compliance and risk analysis from October 2010 to May 2017. Tania has experience as a Compliance Officer at Legg Mason, focusing on FATCA compliance from August 2012 to August 2013. Tania holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Adelaide and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business Practice from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.

Sena Letrik (M) Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 1984 with more than twenty years of experiences as a Mechanical and Electrical Contractor with PKK Class 1 and Class C registrations as well as registration with relevant authorities, such as, Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), Construction Industry & Development Board (CIDB) and Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB). We have a wide range of expertise and experiences in implementing various types of projects, particularly in Private Development as well as Government/ Semi-Government Sectors. Having more than 50 employees which consist of professionals, technical and administrative staffs working hand in hand, Sena Letrik has attained an average annual turnover of RM35~40 million for the past five years. Our major clients are mainly local/ international factories, property developers, such as, Pembinaan Mitrajaya, IJM Construction (formerly known as Roadbuilders), Global Upline, Trans Resources Corporation, Loh & Loh Construction, etc., and government/ semi-government bodies, such as, Malaysia Airports Bhd. (MAB), Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL), Putrajaya Holdings (PJH), etc. Our major projects undertaken are primarily High Mast and Street Lighting Systems for major highways within Klang Valleys, High Tension (HT) & Low Voltage (LV) Electrical Reticulation System for factories and substations, Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Systems for factories, exhibition halls and government buildings, etc. Through our long term collaboration with foreign strategic partners in Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) business (e.g. Thorn Airfield Lighting Pty. Ltd. and ADB S.A.) and Urban Traffic System (e.g. Telvent Trafico y Transporte S.A.), we also manage to secure projects in most Airports within Malaysia as well as Maintenance Contracts for Traffic Lights System at Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya respectively.
