Molly Bruce

Molly Bruce has a diverse range of work experience in the field of communications and public relations. Molly started their career as an intern at Haystac, where they gained experience in various divisions, including consumer and health communications, media relations, and events work. Following their internship, they joined HomeGround Services as a communications intern, focusing on events management, internal communications, and stakeholder relations. Molly was later promoted to a part-time communications officer, where they assisted the communications team with social media management, event management, and marketing for a new not-for-profit real estate agency. Molly then worked as a communications officer at HomeGround Real Estate before transitioning to Keep Left, where they held roles as an intern, account coordinator, account executive, senior account executive, and account manager. Molly continued their career at Cox Inall Change, starting as a senior account manager, then becoming an account director and finally a senior account director. In their roles at Cox Inall Change, they managed external communications for a world-first energy project, developed and executed community and stakeholder engagement programs, and led implementation for award-winning campaigns with various organizations. Most recently, Molly has joined SenateSHJ as a client director and is currently serving as a senior client director.

Molly Bruce completed their Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from RMIT University between 2012 and 2014. In 2019, they attended AdSchool Australia for a course in Advanced Strategic Planning. Prior to their university education, Molly attended Toorak College where they completed their VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education).
