Michele Faioli

Michele Faioli currently serves as a Consigliere della Commissione parlamentare di controllo sulle attività degli enti previdenziali at Senato della Repubblica since March 2024. Additionally, Faioli has been an Associate Professor of Labor Law and Industrial Relations at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore since July 2019, and chairs the Law, Labor and Tech (LLT) Research Unit, which collaborates on transnational strategic projects in the fields of industrial relations, labor market dynamics, and social security. Previous roles include serving as Consigliere Esperto at the Consiglio Nazionale dell'Economia e del Lavoro from May 2018 to May 2023, and holding academic positions at University of Rome "Tor Vergata" and various visiting roles at Cornell University and Fordham Law School. Faioli earned a Doctor of Law degree from Luiss Guido Carli University and has completed advanced studies at KU Leuven and Sapienza University.
