Dick van Waes

Dick van Waes has held a number of executive and consultant roles since 2005. Dick was Business Consultant/Owner at MD&A from 2009 to 2012, Operations Director, International at AngioDynamics from 2012 to 2013, and Sr. Director Sales Operations, International at AtriCure, Inc. from 2013 to 2018. In 2018, they became CEO at TMS International and has since held the role of Co-Founder and consultant at ReACTivate Training & Coaching from 2022 and Co-Founder and consultant at ONE team from 2020. Dick was also Partner at Medlodi from 2020 to 2021 and Chief Executive Officer at YourRhythmics from 2021 to 2022. Dick is currently Chief Executive Officer at Sencure.

Dick van Waes received a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences between 1983 and 1989. Dick then went on to Eindhoven University of Technology, where they completed an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management Science between 1989 and 1992. Prior to this, they attended Jeanne d'Arc College in Maastricht from 1980 to 1983. In 2011, they obtained a Certified Coach certification from the European Coaching Association.
