Alex Preston

Alex Preston is an experienced professional with a background in technology and team building. Currently serving as an AI Agent Workforce Manager at Sendbird since May 2019, Alex has held roles as a Lead Solutions Architect and Solutions Engineer within the company. Prior experience includes a position as a Software Engineer at Bellus3D from July 2017 to May 2019, where Alex contributed to the development of a 3D facial recognition Android app and co-led a team on a sub millimeter disparity facial scanning project. Earlier, Alex worked as a Team Building Director at Wildwood Hills Ranch of Iowa from June 2013 to July 2015, facilitating high ropes course instruction and team building activities for over 160 children. Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from San José State University, earned between 2014 and 2017.
