Sunghyuk Kim is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as the AI Agent Workforce Manager at Sendbird since June 2020, Sunghyuk Kim focuses on building the AI workforce of tomorrow. Prior to this role, Sunghyuk Kim held multiple positions at Roundee.io, including Head of Engineering for both Client Platform and Voice & Video, and served as CEO and Founder at Nable Communications from January 2003 to August 2021, where responsibilities included managing a team of approximately 40 employees and overseeing more than $10 million in annual revenue. Sunghyuk Kim began a career as an engineer and developer at Serome Technology from January 2001 to January 2003, specializing in VoIP protocol and developing softswitch and billing systems. Sunghyuk Kim holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Korea University, as well as education from the University of Pittsburgh.
