Johanna Menzel

Johanna Menzel serves as the Global Content Marketing Manager at Sendcloud since January 2024, previously holding the position of Senior Content Marketing Specialist. At Sendcloud, a shipping platform for e-commerce backed by Softbank, Johanna contributes to enhancing shipping experiences for over 25,000 companies across Europe. Prior experience includes roles at Sana Commerce, where Johanna was involved in SEO and content marketing, as well as positions at Hoherodskopf Aktiv and Restaurant Taufsteinhütte, managing social media and marketing activities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Psychology from IU International University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, along with a semester abroad focused on Marketing at Victoria University.
