Suzan Schoutsen

Suzan Schoutsen currently serves as Lead Talent Business Partner and L&D at Sendcloud since April 2020, leading a team of HR Business Partners and focusing on aligning people strategies with business objectives. Prior to this role, Suzan worked at MediaMarkt Nederland from January 2016 to April 2020 in various HR capacities, including Talent Success, HR adviser, and HR medewerker, as well as a Learning & Development intern. Earlier experience includes a role as a Barista at Gianotten Mutsaers from April 2014 to January 2016, and Projectleider at Mise en Place from June 2010 to November 2013. Suzan holds a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Organization Studies from Tilburg University, completed in 2016 and 2015 respectively.
