Courtney Weppner

Courtney Lamm is an Associate at Sendero, a full-service management consulting firm, since August 2021, specializing in empowering organizations to achieve measurable results. Prior experience includes administrative support at Baylor University, where responsibilities involved assisting students in the Engineering and Computer Science Learning Resource Center and organizing office activities. Courtney led the Program Communications for the Heliostat Mobility Improvement Project during senior design, focusing on innovative design and communication with the team. Additionally, during a junior design project, Courtney served as Mechanical Engineering Co-Lead and Procurement Lead, successfully designing an autonomous sorting device while managing project budgets. Early career experience includes working as a Senior Lifeguard at Belton ISD, ensuring pool safety and teaching swim lessons. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University, completed in 2021.
