Joe A. Pruitt II

Joe A. Pruitt II is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change management and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Sendero since August 2017, Joe has successfully led change efforts for major clients, including Texas Capital Bank and Oncor, focusing on HR processes. Prior to Sendero, Joe spent a decade at Accenture, where Joe founded the National Inclusion and Diversity Leadership Conference and led significant change management initiatives. Joe's career also includes roles in consulting and project leadership at Deloitte, Avail Consulting, Arthur Andersen, and AT&T, demonstrating a strong background in training and integration for organizational adaptations. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas McCombs School of Business.
