Kathryn Harrington

Kathryn Harrington is an accomplished manager at Sendero, a management consulting firm, since July 2018, specializing in driving performance improvements and transformative results for large and mid-sized organizations. Prior experience includes roles at Baylor University, where Kathryn served as an Analyst and Associate, and held the position of Asian Student Ambassador/Intern in the Department of Multicultural Affairs, facilitating communication between Asian student organizations and university administration. Additionally, Kathryn worked as a Student Tutor, helping peers develop independent learning skills through effective instruction. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Baylor University, earned in 2018, and a High School Diploma from the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science, completed in 2014.
