Shannon Ungashick

Shannon Ungashick is currently an Associate at Sendero, a management consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations improve performance and implement transformative changes since June 2023. Prior to this role, Shannon served as a New Member Educator and on the Executive Board of Chi Omega Sorority, where leadership and event management skills were applied to initiate the largest member class in chapter history from January 2022 to June 2023. Additionally, Shannon worked as a BRIC Student Worker at Baylor University from October 2022 to May 2023 and completed a Leadership Internship at Pine Cove Shores in the summer of 2022, focusing on fostering communication and creating positive experiences for staff and campers. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Baylor University, obtained in 2023.
