Emma Fermér

Emma Fermér has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being as the Head of Customer Success at Sendify since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Success Lead at Sendify from October 2020 to October 2021. Before joining Sendify, they were employed at Inteleon AB, where they served as a Kundservicechef from May 2017 to October 2020 and as a Teamledare from April 2016 to May 2017. Emma also gained experience as a Montör at Volvo Car Sverige from April 2015 to October 2015. In addition, they worked as a Restaurantservitör at Restaurang Lobben from April 2013 to April 2015, as well as a Butiksbiträde at Liseberg from May 2011 to August 2011. Emma's earliest work experience was as a Kassörska at McDonald's from June 2009 to May 2010.
